The size of the lying area is per person at least 90 x 200 to 140 x 200 cm.

Laundry bags could be found in your wardrobe. Please fill out the enclosed list  completely and bring it together with the dirty clothes to the reception. For the prices, please refer to the list.

We also provide chemical cleanining (external). The hotel assumes no liability for shrinking or discoloration.

On request you can get a daily change of towels and of bed linen.

Elevators are situated in the main building and in the southward rotunda

Luggage service and secured baggage deposit for arriving and departing guests available at the reception.

You can find towels for the loungers at the exit of the wellness area towards the garden.

On request, we are pleased to prepare Lunch packets for you. Please order them during the previous day at the restaurant. Ask for the price please.

Leashes are compulsory in our hotel and on the hotel grounds as well as everywhere in the village.

The saunas are situated in the Spa area.

The indoor-sauna with its play of colours and a temperature of 80°C is open from 09:00 am to 12:00 am.

The outdoor sauna (an original Finnish log house sauna) with its temperature of 85°C is open from 01:30 pm to 07:30 pm.

We are happy to order an external taxi for your shuttle or an external limousine, this is possible for a fee.

The hotel and the restaurant is a smoke free area. In case of infringement, particularly in the room, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 50.00 Euro.

However, it is possible to smoke in our outside areas.
