Terms & Conditions:

  1. The guest admission contract is concluded as soon as the room booking has been ordered and confirmed, either verbally or in writing.
  2. The conclusion of the guest admission contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract is concluded.
  3. The landlord is obligated to provide compensation (or offer equivalent accommodation) to the guest if the room is not available.
  4. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price for non-use of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the landlord (excluding arrangements).

    Cancellation or reduction of your room reservation is accepted as follows:
    Up to the 10th day before arrival free of charge,
    Up to the 5th day before arrival we charge 70% of the room price,
    From the 5th day to the day of arrival, we charge 90% of the room price.

    For early departure, we charge 100% of the agreed room price.

    To avoid this unpleasant situation for both parties, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.

  5. The landlord is obligated in good faith to reassign unutilized rooms whenever possible to avoid losses.
  6. Until the room is re-rented, the guest is obligated to pay the amount calculated according to clause 4 for the duration of the contract.
  7. In addition to the room price, the local spa tax of Badenweiler will be charged.

Important Information:

  • Your hotel room is equipped with a bath or shower (some with whirlpool tubs or shower panels), toilet, magnifying mirror, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, and bathrobe, mostly with balcony or terrace, hairdryer, and safe. WiFi is free.
  • Included in the price is the use of the RITTER Thermal Water Wellness Pool Area.
  • Prices are per person per day including half-board, service, and VAT (increase not excluded).
  • For bookings "Room incl. Breakfast Buffet", the half-board price is reduced by €39 per person per day.
  • The price differences per category arise from the location, size, and equipment of the rooms.
  • The local spa tax is not included and is EUR 3.20 per person per night.
  • For dogs, we charge €16 per day without food. Necessary special cleaning, e.g., caused by pets, will be charged based on the effort required.
  • In the hotel and on the hotel grounds, dogs must be kept on a leash.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, the wellness area, and the lawn.
  • Rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • For payments, we accept cash, EC card, and credit cards.
  • For garage spaces on the hotel grounds, we charge €10 per day. Parking spaces are free.
  • All previously published price lists become invalid upon the release of this one.
  • We will gladly inform you about our event offers based on individually coordinated specifications. Detailed information material will be sent to you upon request.
