Culinary Calendar


Cold time = hefty time! Enjoy smoked pork and sauerkraut.


This month we will spoil you with specialties from our neighbours in Alsace.


Winter is almost over, you can send your taste buds on holiday to the seaside. You can taste our variations around the Seafood.


The meadows dive into a luscious green. Enjoy delicious dishes from organic lamb raised in the local pastures.


As soon as the first leaves of wild garlic sprout, we spoil you with fine dishes around the "wild garlic". Enjoy asparagus, the queen of the vegetables, and allow us to let it melt in your mouth.


Throughout the Markgräflerland it's strawberry season and this is when they are harvested. They are to be found on almost all menus and ours is not the exception. Come and enjoy freshly picked strawberries.

And until June 21, we will spoil you further with refined asparagus dishes.


Out in the forest ! Enjoy great and tasty dishes centered around the local wild mushrooms. And then a dip into the water . You could also try our various Herring dishes.


Summer - time for light meals . Choose from among many of our pasta creations.


This month we focus on Switzerland. We serve culinary delights and fine dishes from our neighbouring country.


Caught fresh from the sea. Enjoy light cuisine from Neptune's realm


This month is all about Baden. Enjoy delicious dishes from  one of the "most beautiful counties in Germany".

On November 11 is St. Martin Day: Let yourself be pampered by our chefs with the best of the goose.


Freshly hunted from the native forest. We serve our delicious creations from game.

On the following festive days we will spoil you with exquisite holiday menus or hot and cold buffets.

The last day of the year we have a New Year's Eve gala dinner, which will satisfy your senses and the palate.
